some great points you raise. Constantly staying in touch with your clients is critical because their needs and wants can change quickly. Indeed, if you can find out what you want, you can have a marketplace guiding your product creation even before you start. Sooo much better than creating something on a whim and hoping the market wants it.

Think of it this way: would you spend money on a website that constantly points you to other sites, or on one that you stay on for longer?
