It is more important to give more value to your health than your work. Your time should be divided equally between health and entrepreneurship because these two are connected for success.

We often see people focus on financial wealth much more than health.

Even been guilty of it myself…

But regularly emphasizing self discipline and surrounding myself with great people (that truly support me) has had a major (positive) impact on my health and business.

Glad you enjoyed the post, thanks for the feedback.

Definitely check your posture.

Several years ago after I’d been resting on my left side while typing and my muscles were overcompensating and sore…

Now it’s perfect posture throughout my day.

If myself or a partner slacks off, we call each other out by yelling “posture!” If you’re called out, you must drop and do 10 pushups right then and there.

Not only has this turned out to be great for postural discipline, it has also served as several quick (and efficient) daily workouts…

Thanks for the insights Peter.

I have taken it one step further and taken on a personal trainer today. I actually had a massage and was told that the left side of my back is 1.5 inches higher than the right! Must be from bad posture whilst sitting at my desk. I also recommend making juices and smoothies, they take a bit of time to make but the healthy benefits and time you are on your feet is great!

Cheers,

Peter

The information in this article can (and probably should) definitely be applied by anyone.

Always focus as much energy on your health as you do your business – if not, more.

What’s your favorite point?

The little tasks will always be there and need to get handled, but as you said, they take up time and should be delegated.

Who do you outsource with?

Highly recommend #16. It’s incredible how much those little tasks eat up time. Focus on big things and delegate the small. Keep it up good man!
